This is quite a small park with a nice lake (loads of ducks, swans etc), a reasonably priced shop for snacks and a small but very decent children's playground. Parking can be tricky but not impossible.

Family friendly park, great for kids, picnics, games, and walks. Pond with ducks to feed and play park for the children. Safe and clean. Wouldn't go in the dark as there are no lights.

Nice park, well kept, with a variety of thing to see and do, plus places to picnic. Not overcommercialised.
