Stunning Beach, the sand is so soft between your toes (you have to make it over spikey sand dunes and hard rocks onto the beach so take your flip flops or shoes). I found loads of crabs, starfish, shells and jelly Fish along the beach...More

The wide stretch of sands are clean, golden, attractive, strewn with oyster and other shells - and not too many people. The panorama from the cliff tops is dramatic. This is an unspoiled stretch of coastline, a great place to get away from everyday hassle...More

The King Arthur Hotel has central Gower location with nice pub food and a bar, although no sea views it's location is rural and an easy drive to various beaches. If you are looking for cottage accommodation on Gower, Home... More

The Peninsula is a large area...a bit like Dartmoor but different...and in Wales. Dogs are allowed but beware of cattle, traffic and maybe some beaches where dogs may/may not be allowed at certain times of the year.
Is it child friendly with a buggy? If not which beach in swansea is good with parking outside and accessible with a buggy?

You can walk along cliff paths with a buggy and descend reasonably well to the beach. A really good beach with extremely easy access for a buggy would be Oxwich Bay. Nice shallow shelf for paddling, too.
