I love the Gower has got all challenges for all age groups .Good for walks . Swimming . Walk on the sand and rocks on a good day you can walk to the worms end. Picturesque as well. Best time to visit is summer period.

We stayed at Nicholaston Farm in our motorhome so regret cannot assist with accommodation. However we did go to the Gower Inn which was close by. All I would say heed comments on Trip and avoid!! You will enjoy the area... More

Not sure about frequency but i’m Sure you will be able to get to the gower by bus from Swansea on a daily regular basis. Best option however would be to hire a car for a couple of days
