Approached the Worm (dragon) from the Llangennith surfing and camping site by running along the flat sands towards Rhossili. The evening lighting was spectacular (as it frequently is). Reminded me that this is an excellent place for surfing, jogging and walking.

I always love visiting Pennard and walking along the cliffs even on a windy day the views are amazing. Take wellies if it's rained as the ground is very muddy in parts that the cows have walked over,we always go to the lovley coffee shop...More

You can leave in Swansea and get on a bus to Rhossili or drive there. Swansea is a city with lots of beautiful beaches and you can denjoy both the city and coastal walls. Riverside holiday homes is also handy by junction 45... More

Summer is the best time to visit the Gower as transport is regular compared to winter times.
