Most people go here to see a show - and so have we on a few occasions. However, the restaurant is open during the day for coffee and meals. We went on a bright, sunny and frosty day for lunch. The place was fairly quiet but very pleasant. My wife had the tomato and lentil soup and I had the... More

Delighted to get tickets to Murder on the Dance Floor. We missed out on the planned shows which all sold out, but the theatre let us know there was another show added for Saturday afternoon and we snapped them up, good job as it was also sold out. The show was brilliant, possibly the best I've seen in recent months.... More

I must say I really enjoyed this play in the Lyric theatre. Let's be honest it was a tad on the sad side and I thought the ending could have been better but it was a very good show with some great performances. You can also get some snacks and drinks during the interval but the queues were terrible so... More

The Lyric is a fabulous theatre. Northern Ireland is very lucky to have the Lyric, the Mac and the Grand Opera House. We've been to several plays at the Lyric - they've all been of a very high standard. Some of them have not been predictable but all have had exceptional production values. The Lyric is also very good at... More

Went to see this last night. Place was nearly empty, which is a bad sign, for a Saturday night. I was lucky enough to see a production in London years ago, with the 3 Cusack sisters in the lead roles, plus their father was in it as well, for good measure. Unfortunately, this production wasn't in that league & we... More

Thank you for taking time to leave feedback on your recent visit to the Lyric. We appreciate that our production of Three Sisters may not be to everyone's liking and we're sorry that on this occasion you didn't enjoy the performance. It is often the case with live theatre and performance that what is enjoyable to one person might not... More

Thoroughly enjoyed this adaptation of Shaw's classic St Joan – how good it is to see a company reviving this thought-provoking play. (Why is Shaw so overlooked these days – he really is one of the great 20th-century playwrights.) The modern office setting worked remarkably well and the small cast succeeded in delivering a performance which did full justice to... More

Saw this play last night and it is by far the best I have seen in such a long time. I was totally spellbound and moved to tears. At one point j wanted to stand and yell "go Joan". The actors were outstanding and deserve standing ovations. Fantastic setting and a superb show. I will return again and again

The building is beautiful, clean and well presented inside and outside the building. There is such a variety of shows from small independent titles to large well known productions. The price for snacks is good and the staff are welcoming and supportive. The only slight problem is the lack of a carpark however I personally don't mind a brisk stroll to the... More
