Stopped at the memorial garden to IRA victims which was thought provoking, it felt quite threatening especially when the taxi driver stopped outside a pub with drinkers who were intimating. A stark reminder of the tensions here

The area still has the feel of the past but to be able to go in an experience the change was fabulous. Highly recommend a visit with a tour or a stroll by yourself

Taking a tour of the city of Belfast brings you to Shankill Road. The site of many conflicts between the residents of Belfast, this area of the city is growing and thriving. Great tour

Recommend visiting this area of Belfast either on foot or on a bus tour. Bus tour offers the benefit of telling you about the history of the area.

Interesting drive along this busy road. There is artwork on the sides of some buildings depicting stages of the problems in Northern Ireland. Pubs and restaurants along the road too.
