right across the street from City Hall makes it convenient for visitors. Well-lit, with many brochures offering activities not just in Belfast but also in the outlying areas. Staff available to book tours here to the Giant's Causeway, or black cab tours. They did not appear partial to one company over the other but provided the necessary information on each... More

Belfast Welcome Centre's not somewhere I would normally visit as I tend to think it's just for tourists. But I needed a new Metro Travel Card and discovered they're available to purchase from here so popped in to buy one. Staff were helpful and located at desks toward the back of the Centre. I was able to get the card... More

Hi . I ordered the Belfast visitors pass for 2 days , that didn't arrive yet to the office . The lady kindly will refund my purchase and made me a new card straight away. It's cheap and convenient as you have transport included and discounted attractions. As I'm living in London I thought this was a real deal .... More

I walked in, told them what I wanted and within a reasonable time I was booked on a tour to the Antrim Coast. They gave excellent advice, keeping costs and timings in mind. Thank you!

Great place to start your stay in Belfast, loads of leaflets of tours & things to see & do in the city. Staff on hand to point you in the right direction or book tours & travel. We found the luggage facility really handy, as we arrived 5 hours before our hotel check in & had a late flight on... More

I went into this shop to purchase a hat I saw on display in the window. The space felt large & welcoming. Not only were there quite a few very nice items to buy, but there was a counter for bus schedules & assistance with transportation as well as another counter for more advice for your Ireland trip. Very nice... More
