Such a beautiful building with lots of exquisite pieces of furniture to admire along with paintings, sculptures and plasterwork. The staff were very happy to answer any questions and were pleasant and polite. Highly recommend paying a visit.

What a beautiful building and such a delight to see the wonderful paintings and decor of all the rooms. What totally surprised me was the table and chairs for the Captain of the Titanic which never made it on board because the delivery lorry could...More

A nice piece of architecture, surrounded by modern monstrosities. Surprising that it has survived the bulldozers over the years.

I visited on the Saturday of the European Heritage Open Days. The exterior is very grand, a real industrial / empire era statement. Long facade, tall, big front steps, stylised scallop shells in arches, and lots of smooth Doric columns. The inside is very opulent....More

Spectacular building, beautiful stained glass and sweeping staircase. Food was unfortunately disappointing (except the pudding which was yummy), a...More

The Harbour Office is an excellent place to visit, the Heritage Room tells you the facinating story of the growth of Belfast Harbour from the early 1600's to modern day. And of course you can see Capt Smiths Table that was too late to go...More

I was very fortunate to attend a dinner with the Ulster University. The venue is exceptionally good showing the history and character of Belfast. The outside catering was very good.

Interesting insight into the offices of the Harbour Commissioners and the men of power in Belfast over the years. Stately rooms, halls and staircases bedecked with large paintings.
