I have always wanted to book a class. Seen great reviews so I got very excited when i seen a couple of classes going for free. I went through the whole transaction process on their website and order was complete. Was so excited. Then, to my surprise, I get contacted by some guy asking for payment of £110. He was... More

Booked myself and a friend to the cook the perfect steak class. The school was great craic and the head chef James assistant Mathew were great hosts and we really learnt the tricks of the trade. If you want something different don't miss this cookery school.

We visited the cookery school and had a brilliant time! Not only was the cooking fun, the food which we made tasted amazing! They are also very generous with the wine which is an added bonus! Would highly recommend to anyone, no matter what experience or confidence you have in the kitchen!

My husband & I visited the Belfast Cookery School with my son & his girlfriend. We were booked into the Bakery School from 11am to 3pm on a Saturday. We received a warm welcome from the Chef (Stephen) who introduced us to our instructor, Martin. There were only 7 attending this class, but we were all in agreement that the... More

Attended a tapas cookery lesson last night at the BCS. Stephen was a great host/teacher and made us feel at ease right away with a glass of bubbly and a smile! The four dishes were really very simple and we had clear demonstrations of each before getting started. Stephen was on hand if you had any questions or queries and... More

Went here as part of my wife's birthday present for lunch during the week. Ended up being a small class but I'd anything that made it better for me as chef was never far away. Ended up with a great (and sizable) risotto lunch and good banter over the table. Oooh and a couple of glasses of bubbly always helps!

As instructed we arrive 15 minutes early to the venue, only to be greeted by a locked door in dodgy surroundings. Once we entered the premisses, the dining area and cooking space were a good set up and allowed for a casual atmosphere and for conversation to flow (when permitted to talk...) We waited for the arrival of a few... More
