Energetic and friendly mixed market
Jun. 2021 • Couples
The market is open Friday through Sunday. We visited on a Friday. Range of things to buy from all sorts and shapes of fish to all sorts of jewellery including fish shaped ear rings. Friendly helpful stall holders. A good way to while away an hour or so.

Stock restaurant in St Georges Market- upstairs

If you haven't tried this restaurant then get down and give it a go! The food is amazing!! The service is so friendly and you have the option to sit inside or on the veranda and watch the hustle bustle of the Market. I have been many times and never left disappointed. Well done to the Chef and staff for making the best Christmas fayre I have ever had in a restaurant, definitely worth treating yourself before the lockdown begins!!

Very interesting market
Oct. 2020 • Couples
I found this market very interesting with lots of stalls selling varied wares. I didn't see any of the live music I'd heard so much about but the food stalls looked and smelled amazing and I had a very pleasant time here perusing. The only downside was that because the building is quite large, it has lots of doors and only one through which we could enter and we had to walk the whole way around the outside of the building in the rain to find it.

Neat

Situated a block away from the Frasers store, more a foodie and arty place, with some fresh food outlets. Stalls well spaced out which meant freedom of movement, plenty of specialised stalls that you can buy unusual items.
The snack bars were good, we had a great sarnie, would recommend dropping in if in the area

Old style indoor market

Great place to visit even if it's just to have a look around. Light and airy with lots of places to eat alongside stalls selling artwork to hot sauces. Interesting history to this place and has the clock from the old Belfast fish market.

Favorite experience in Belfast
Aug. 2020
We loved walking through the stalls here, in particular the art vendors. We loved the artwork by Glenn Thompson and R.W. Young. Both were extremely kind, informative, and welcoming. We enjoyed chatting with both respectively. Additionally, the pulled pork sandwich, BBQ sauces, and hot sauce from Lagan Ribs were absolutely fantastic! It rivaled pulled pork from Memphis, TN, USA!

Great place for any type of shopping for bits. Met a random guy at the only open table in the food court who turned out to be a sociology professor and had a wonderful conversation while listening to great live music.

Must visit - for the shopping and the food

We loved it! We went for breakfast and a mooch about. We could all find what we wanted to eat, freshly made and excellent value. And then bought lots of handicrafts to take home. And love music too. What more do you want?!
