Worth a visit - nice architecture, stained glass, carvings, history. The usual cathedral 'ambience'. You can't miss it while driving around the lower part of the city.

Although it was only built in the 1870's this Cathedral provides a very sacred place to pray. It is an impressive building. Some of the cost of the building was raised from the poor families who wanted an impressive place to worship God

A commanding position for this beautiful Cathedral, not far from the city centre of Londonderry, and certainly easy to find given the stunning spire.

Beautiful cathedral. Very spacious and well laid out. We had a child's confirmation there, we thought the choir was fantastic. Well worth a visit.

A historic building with a magnificent spire and some wonderful stained glass. I understand that the huge stained-glass window behind the high altar is the largest in Ireland and the second largest in the British Isles, Salisbury Cathedral having the only window that's bigger. I...More

Such a beautiful Cathedral and well worth a visit. I sometimes come to the early morning mass prior to going to work, has a feeling of serenity about the place. The alter and windows are stunning.
