We have visited here many times but to be honest, we have recently been put off. The last two occasions we have visited, the elderly lady at the entrance has been so rude, that if we hadn't been part of a large group, we would have voiced our disgust, and walked away. I certainly wouldn't want a rude person such... More

The den is better than the glen. Fairly pricey for what you get. Algae issue on the path so very slippy for the disabled route/buggy route. A lot of the attractions are a little tired to say the least. All in all kids don't mind but could do with a refresh and some cash being spent on it! Lunch area... More

We set off early to avoid the busy periods with it being the school holidays. We paid into the Glen which also included entry into the Den later however I was warned that if we came around the the den it may be full and we would have to wait. We set off around the Glen with our 4 and... More

It's a great place to take the little ones - my husband was there when he was a child - brought back some lovely memories. Yes - some parts need a bit of a touch up, but, the kids were loving seeing lots of different characters! Would come back again!

I have not been here for about 27 years and I loved it. Was such a lovely day, nice and quiet as well so felt like had the whole of the glen to ourselves. Loved storybook glen as a child and still find it magical. My wee boy loved it and he loved the den as well with all the... More

This is the third time I have visited this attraction. The first time I visited approx 20 years ago it was a popular attraction and fun to visit. The second time I visited it had really gone downhill, broken figures, dirty, paint chipping off. I decided to visit with my grandson last week and was pleasantly surprised. The present owners... awful place. so outdated. desperate need of updating and a lick of paint would go a long way. the yellow brick road is just cobbles which the paint has all worn away. the woman on the front desk was very unhelpful and looked like she would rather stick pins in her eyes than be at work. cheer up hen!!!

A very nicely organised and maintained place. Brought back a lot of old memories. My little one was very thrilled and loved the characters.

Set in the suburbs of Aberdeen Storybook Glen is great for a day out with young children. Huge area filled with nursery rhyme Disney and other fibre glass characters . There is also a small farm area with friendly hens, goats and a highland cow. Plenty swings, slides and climbing frames too. You get free entry to Den in the... More
