Good place to view the city from. WE drove up but it is possible to walk, remember it is all up hill so you will need at least average fitness.

There are some great walking trails and a panoramic view of Dundee. Great in the day or at night. The war memorial is nice too. We were told that the hill is an old inactive volcano.

Great vantage point to survey all around Dundee with clear views from the war memorial. Started to ealk from centre of town and stopped went back for car. We like a walk but not through mundane residential areas so its only the final bit of...More

This isn't for the winter unless you stay in the car. Basically it's a hill almost in the middle of Dundee. Never walked, never will. It's easy to find and on a summer's day the view is amazing. You can see the whole of Dundee,...More

Love living so close by to the Law- its a great 30 minute walk to clear the head and the views are worth that uphill climb! I nearly always end up bringing friends to walk up when they’re visiting Dundee.

Been up here several times. We always drive up (I'd imagine it's challenging to walk at my age!)....carefully follow the signs and NOT your instinct. Parking for about a dozen cars at the top. Excellent views all around....over the river, the city, the football grounds,...More

Lots of paths leading to the best views of Tayside. Remember to take wet proof jacket for sunny showers.

First attempt we tried to get up this on foot. Not a good idea. Second time a friend drove us up. Much better idea. The views are incredible. Well worth the visit.
