Spent a couple of hours here enjoying my last day in Scotland. Lovely places and shops to make your shopping before leaving Scotland. After, take some coffee from one of the kiosks nearby enjoying the views

A great street for all of your shopping needs. Great street to access sites, & tours. Busy at rush hour. Use the crosswalks as lots of traffic bike riders, busses, trucks, tram.

Prince’s Street has a ton of shopping and is one of the main thoroughfares in Edinburgh. There are a ton of stores both on and near it. One thing which sets it apart is the view of Edinburgh Castle across the street.

We were in town for the Festival and this street has everything you could wish for. Great shopping on one side with Jenner's etc and great views of Edinburgh Castle and the Scott Monument on the other side. Well worth a visit in Edinburgh.

Glaswegians tease Edinburghers that their High Street
is only half one, since buildings only line one side.
But what they don’t say is how extraordinary the views
are from Princes Street as a result. From here you
look onto expansive and decorative public gardens
