A very impressive arena, but let down by Unwelcoming and unhelpful staff, they looked uninterested to help customers, and snobby. Location is very remote and if coming by public transport, directions are very poor and no street lighting on footpath between nearest bus stop and centre, meaning in evenings you have to walk in complete darkness for 15mins along a... We have used the Centre for 2 business meetings this year and they have looked after us very well. The rooms are good the wi-fi average. Projectors are supplied with the correct leads to all the computers we have brought with us. The food menu and quality is excellent. The cost has been very reasonable for each visit. The location... Had a great time. On line booking in advance very simply (and surprisingly low cost for an activity for a family). The centre is very easy to find with lots of parking. Inside the climbing centre is an awesome sight - made me want to try 'proper' climbing. That said clip and climb itself is a great fun and safe... More

What a brilliant facility at EICA! The Clip n Climb activity is an excellent activity for the whole family. The climbing staff are very helpful and friendly, and the climbing challenges are varied and fun.

Having dabbled in the occasional climb with my brother I felt it was time for myself to get to grips with the basics of climbing so I can start taking my son more regularly so I booked a 3hour start-up course to run through the fundamentals of tying knots, belaying etc. At just £50 for 3 hours (including equipment) I... Visited the arena for the clip n' climb. Lots of parking (and an overflow if main car park is full). Large reception area overlooking the main arena. Cafe with a good choice of drinks & food. Excellent soft play area.

The climbing arena has a bit of a wow factor to it when you walk in in sheer size! We tookour 10 year old nephew and 7 year old son....both absolutely adored it! Instructors were good. You get an hours session, which was a little on the short side. Also at the arena is a nice soft play with café.

This place is very good but, no one ever answers the phone. You leave a message, they get back to you, tell you your activity is booked. Woo hoo! Then when you eventually get a human to speak to, they have no idea what you are talking about! Get someone employed to deal with phone calls!

I have wanted to do the aerial assault for ages and my lovely family arranged for me to do this as part of my 40th birthday pressie. I manage heights well, so wasn't too scared however this is not for those who do not have a head for heights. I did it alongside my husband, 13 year old son and... More

I hate to write a bad review about EICA as it is one of my favourite places, but I have been twice in recent weeks and the music and staff have spoilt the experience. I have been climbing here for 11 years and have never felt the need to write a review before. There has always been music in the... More
