Brilliant audio guide. Perfect way to figure out where you want to go as it shows you all the main places to visit. Well worth the money

Watch out for the pricing and do NOT buy ahead of time or online. We made the mistake of buying ahead of time online and paid the 15 lbs per person only to find out that they only charged 14 lbs to passengers who were...More

We've done hop-on, hop off busses in a number of cities. This is one of the best because a. One of the routes has a real life person narrating. Our person was great. b. The audio for the 2nd route (tape recording) is very clear...More

Husband and I loved the green line, which has a real life tour guide instead of headphones. All the tour guides were fantastic and very informative. Each had a slightly different take on everything and it was nice to hear! Would recommend!

Like all the hop on hop off buses, this one takes you to many of the cities magnificent sights, castles and water front. Pay in advance or on board. I would advise a 2 day ticket as there is so much to see in Edinburgh....More

Hugh, our guide was excellent. He was so informative and friendly, giving little tips along the way. Knows his Edinburgh inside out. Would recommend to anyone. Especially good as an introduction to the city.

We've done this type of service in other cities and it was awful. As it was September and not peak tourist season anymore, and traffic wasn't too bad in the downtown core, we decided to go for it. We actually opted for the 48 hr...More

Having done Citysightseeing tours in most cities I've visited, I was expecting the normal standard but unfortunately, was disappointed. The guide via earphones was not as stimulating as having a live guide, and the earphones were temperamental, meaning you sometimes missed relevant parts of information....More

We were fortunate that a hop on hop off stop was right by our hotel. We were able to hop on & go to Waverly Station where we purchased our tickets for the day. They have several (a lot of buses - Red-Green-Blue). Each bus...More

Princes Street and Gardens
Glaswegians tease Edinburghers that their High Street
