Explored many closes, this was our favorite. It is located off the Royal Mile and is a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the street. The gardens are lovely and nicely maintained. Good for either a quick peak or a more leisurely visit.

Part of the fun was trying to find this lovely quiet "secret garden" that i had seen on tripadvisor! Lovely quiet secluded place to rest as you walk the royal mile ( canongate end)
