We really enjoyed our tour, our tour guide/bus driver Brendan made the tour a happy and interesting day out. He told stories, sang, took photos, nothing was too much trouble. The visit to Hamish and Honey (highland cattle) was Fun. A great day trip and we will go on another next time we visit Scotland.

Had a great experience with Gray Line and their tour of the Highlands and Loch Ness. Coach was very comfortable and we were picked up from our hotel. What made the tour was our driver, Graham. Knowledgeable, engaging and funny, he kept us on track and well informed....was a real pleasure to listen to him during the tour. Tour itself... More

Enjoyed this tour because it didn't require hours of travel on a bus (since the sites are close to Edinburgh) plus it traveled to sites where "Outlander" was filmed, so it was fun to see where many of the scenes were performed.

I used the grayline Scotland one day tour. An excellent tour and Mr Graham the driver and guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. We absolutely enjoyed the trip and scenic beauty of the one day tour. Well worth the money.

Our guide was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. However, the weather was unseasonably warm and if the bus had air conditioning, it wasn't working very well. It was also hard to hear our guide at times. There was an extra charge for a short cruise on Loch Lomond which was wonderful, but it would have been nice if it was... More

Thanks for the feedback. All our coaches have air conditioning but as warm weather is rare here perhaps your driver/guide didn't know you were uncomfortably warm as we are always happy to adjust the temperature for passengers comfort. Any optional additional activities are not included in any of the tours as stated in our brochure. All in all it sounds... More

We ten Americans while staying in Edinburgh for a few days wanted to visit St. Andrews, the birthplace of golf. We were told about taking public transportation and the Grey Line offered tour bus. The Grey Line was the right choice and it was about the same cost for taking public transportation. We were picked-up right at the front door... More

Loch Ness tour seemed like a lot of driving, but you can't fault Gray Lines that the loch is far from Edinburgh. We did spend more time than necessary in the morning picking people up at different locations, including some driving around in circles because the driver didn't find the most efficient route. Driver's humor didn't always hit the mark,... More

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I wish we had some more details from you to pin point the day you traveled. It's disappointing to hear that your driver guide did not point out the days Itinerary as this is normally told at the start of the tour and our drivers pride themselves in keeping... More

We took a bus tour to Holy Island and Alnwick Castele. This full day tour visited Holy Island in the late morning , where we spent about 40 minutes. We were constrained by the tides, and had to leave because the tides over the causeway. There is an old church ruins and a castle on the island. There wasn't time... More

Thank you for taking the time to review us and to share your experience of your day on our Alnwick Castle & Scottish Borders Tour. It's great to know which parts our passengers enjoyed the most. We normally spend about 2.5 hours at Alnwick Castle and often find that most passengers would like longer. The day you joined allowed you... More
