a beautifull spot to go for a walk. you can sit and have lunch, drinks and iscream and just relax. there are benches so that you dont have to sit on the ground

This beach is long and very sandy. It's right by the golf course and the tour guide said that Chariots of Fire was filmed there. It was raining when I was there so I didn't walk on the beach but it looked really nice.

My only guess would be that a lot of sea birds take advantage of bivalves dislodged/disturbed during storms. At least that's what I see here on our beach in Madison, CT.
