enjoyed our visit to the Police Museum, a privately run museum, almost missed it. helpful man welcomed us and added lots of extra information that enhanced the visit. well worth a visit

If you're into police history, this is the place to go. For a small space, it has a lot to offer, with policing history told very well, lots of artefacts and interesting stories, and fantastic staff.

The video before going up the turnpike staircase was informative.You need to experience the feeling of what the prisoners may have felt in their day.

I only live 10 miles away but had never visited this. After finally venturing in I can't believe I left it so long. The museum is small but very good. It has many excellent exhibits which are well explained by the staff on site.

This museum is staffed by retired officers who know a lot about the eras displayed in the museum. Only heard about it accidentally as the tour bus spokesperson mentioned it in passing. It is about 11/2 blocks from the tour bus route. Has a fantastic...More
