Beautiful park in the west end of Glasgow. Beatiful flowers and a beatiful fountain and the Kelvin meandering through on its way to join the Clyde. great views of Trinity Towers, Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum and Glasgow University. Have an outdoor pint at Inn Deep on the connecting walkway to the Botanics.

This park is such a gorgeous place. Lots of green space, beautiful flowers, huge trees, walking trails, and gorgeous monuments. I recently participated on a walking tour through the park with Student Tours Scotland (I'm not a student however non-students are very welcome) which I'd highly recommend. I learned so many neat facts about the park's history. It's a very... More

Great park! Been there for a run and chilling with friends, especially on a sunny day! It's near the university of Glasgow so perfect for a place to get away from everything for a while and enjoy the nature! Always nice walking past the park after a long day at uni!

It is a lovely park to walk around and there is plenty to walk around past the duck pond. Just make sure unlike me that you get off at the right subway station. While I was there I went into Kelvingrove Museum which was a vast museum with plenty in it including a spitfire hanging from the ceiling!.

The Park is great for a walkabout. It's right in the West End and not far from the City Centre. There's plenty of facilities in the park, from Bowling Greens and Tennis courts to the Kelvingrove Museum itself. When it's sunny you'll see people come out with portable BBQs into the park and it'll be full of people relaxing in... More

beautiful well maintained park, fun play area and has 6 FREE crown green bowling greens and they provide the bowls for FREE and its fun for a different activity to do. We played for about 1 hour with our 2 boys, aged 10 & 14, they have sets of children's bowls too - fun in the sun!

Wonderful place to wander through, to picnic, or just set and watch the world go by. Lots of interesting corners, nooks and crannies, not to mention fountains, statues, plants. In short what every city park should be, plus they do work hard at keeping it clean. See Glasgow relaxing!
