Just had a wonderful day making sushi, miso soup and tempura at the tennents academy. Class was so friendly and relaxed. Made a fabulous lunch and then sat down at the end to enjoy our work. Highly recommend for any lovers of Japanese food ++++++

Lynn made a relatively mundane subject interesting and involved everyone in the class. I would recommend this course to anyone requiring a personal licence and was very pleased with the staff on site and the facilities.
