We drove all over Scotland and I was a bit disappointed I wouldn't see the cows until we found this place. The cows are friendly and curious and we had the place to ourselves. Hidden gem!

As soon as you enter the estate you feel you are the country, away from the ‘biz’ of the city. Lovely walks, peaceful surroundings and a very nice coffee shop to round off your visit. Would recommend a visit to wind down and relax.

yes, you can just visit the tea room within Pollk House. It's in the restored kitchen of the estate house and serves lovely lunches and cakes. On a nice day you can also sit out in the garden terrace. try it!
