It was enjoyable to walk along the Clyde and see a transformed Glasgow. New museums, new shopping areas mingling with the historical.
It is a blend of the old and the new. There is a lot of development still taking place.

Whilst I was very impressed with Glasgow and its immense cultural offer, the River was a bit disappointing. I did not see any boats or any activity . I recently visited Bristol where the river was absolutely vibrant with rowers, ferries, excursion boats, etc.

I would start from the sheriff court end near the gorbals and walk down the way to the secc friend, know what is a real treat if you can watch the sunrise over the Clyde its amazing, sorry my answer is a tad later
