Absolutely loved this wildlife experience. Cabin was warm and cosy, John the guide very entertaining and enthusiastic. No guarantee the animals would turn up but we were lucky they did. The pine martens and badgers were the stars of the show. Such a privilege to...More

I took my 2 teenagers in the hope we'd be able to have at least a brief view of a Pine Marten. Having read the latest reviews of this year's sessions before we went however I became worried as nothing was being reported. My fears...More

We were lucky enough to be two of only four attendees and that meant we could easily move around the hide, not miss anything, and get plenty of photo opportunities. The pine martens were a little illusive, but the badgers were highly entertaining and the...More

Although it was over two years since our last visit it was good to read all of the reviews and see that it hasn't changed. We went with a view to watching wildlife and this was one of the highlights of the holiday. There was...More

We were very unlucky with the weather on our trip to the hide, it had been a beautiful snowy day which turned in to pouring rain- no creature, let alone pine martins would want to be out in it. Fortunately we didn't have to be,...More

Had a fantastic evening with our guide John. This is no ordinary hide visit - it is all enclosed with windows so that you can see the wildlife very close up. Badgers and pine martins aplenty. And lots of interesting information on tap. I would...More
