Water doesn't get much more mysterious than this 23 mile stretch running through the Great Glen in the Highlands of Scotland. There's no better way to experience Loch Ness than by boat. Jacobite's award winning tours and cruises get you onto the water and into the heart of this iconic landscape. This is a whole lot more than simply sight-seeing. We've been running trips on and around Loch Ness for over 30 years and most of us live here.

An easy, painless way to get out on the water, see the loch, and visit the castle. Our guide Ian was very friendly and the whole operation was well run.

Only found out once I got on the boat that all food and drink had to be paid for by cash as they don't take any card payments or offer free water. Won't be using the tour again.

This tour was great and our/guide driver Ian was excellent. We leaned so much and got to see a good amount in the 7 hour tour. Got very lucky with the weather, but anyone doing this should bring a rain coat.

Maybe the one hour Loch cruise would suit the children. It can be boring and long for the children
