Water doesn't get much more mysterious than this 23 mile stretch running through the Great Glen in the Highlands of Scotland. There's no better way to experience Loch Ness than by boat. Jacobite's award winning tours and cruises get you onto the water and into the heart of this iconic landscape. This is a whole lot more than simply sight-seeing. We've been running trips on and around Loch Ness for over 30 years and most of us live here.

In the winter months you can only board the trip from the mooring at the side of the Loch itself. Summer months allow boarding further down near Inverness giving a longer trip. However, for a half hour trip to the castle, an hour's stay at the castle and a half hour trip back, this was ideal for our needs. First... More

We chose the sensation tour with Mike as our guide. He was really knowledgable and friendly. The boat journey was brief but pleasant, especially on a bright sunny day. Recommend the hot chocolate and whisky to keep warm. Castle was interesting with lovely views and the Nessy Museum was fun if a little dated. Really glad we went, you should... More

When searching the web for things to do in Scotland I stumbled across Jacobite Experience Loch Ness bus and boat tours. Their are several levels of tours to pick from and we chose the more costly one called (Passion) which lasted 6 1/2 hours. Other than food and drink the tour covers all admissions along the way. You start off... More
