This is a fab little museum and you can easily spend an hour or two, if you've got time, in here looking at all the lovely, interesting exhibits. The volunteers who help run it are lovely and very helpful.

Excellent small private museum right in the center of the city, on the pedestrian street. It is free and has 8 rooms on 3 levels. A good way to spend 45 minutes in Fort William.

I popped in with a group of friends as we were in the area and found this museum to be fantastic, Interesting exhibits, knowledgeable staff and a decent gift shop. Make sure to see the highland dress items given by Queen Victoria to John Brown.
