Had an amazing trip out today! Yes it's a bit more expensive than other trips of a similar nature but you get a much more personal service. Eric was fab! Explained about what we might see and where. The bonus being we saw loads of dolphins! It's always a gamble looking for wildlife in their natural habitat but we found... More

We had a wonderful trip on a beautifully sunny day to spot dolphins and we saw plenty - only downside is would have liked longer with the dolphins. Be sure to take a longer cruise (2 hours) so you can get to the spot where the dolphins usually are. We understand there is about a 70-80% chance of seeing them.... More

No dolphins. Waste of money. Staff know nothing about dolphins. If you really want to see dolpins, this is not the right place.

Hi Are you sure you have the correct company. My boat moved to Nairn and only started operating with a new license at end of June and carried three trips, and I don't employ any staff ! More

Went on this boat trip expecting to have a great time like all the other reviews suggested but it ended up being awful! The boat was quite pokey and as it has no roof it was very cold and wet! It would of been nice to be given some facts about dolphins, seals, whales and the sea in general but... More

Management response:

Sorry you didn't enjoy the trip. The boat is advertised as a "rib" and they don't have a roof as described and shown in advert. If it's raining or there's slightly rough water you expect to get wet which was why I issued wet weather clothing. It's very difficult to talk and be audible to all seated passengers whilst driving... More

Call Eric and go out for a unique experience aboard his RIB boat to see Dolphins. Eric's a fascinating guy and provides a personalised experience which is so much more exciting than a big massive boat that's crawling along - you're right out there with the wind in your hair and the spray in your face! It's a bit bumpier... More

We had slight difficulty finding the boat. There is no office, so if possible pay with cash. The dolphins played ball and did their bit. A beautiful ride on a beautiful day. Our kids were invited in with the captain, which they loved. Perhaps a tad expensive (no family tickets), but otherwise delightful. We might next time give the New Era... More

Thankyou for a great trip on the boat last week, we really enjoyed our trip and got to see the mischievous dolphins and other wildlife. Eric was very talkative and let the kids drive the boat which they really enjoyed Many thanks

I can't even review the cruise itself as I didn't have a chance to do it. I was meant to come for a cruise at 3:30 (written confirmation by e-mail) but when I called the guy because no one was there at the time he told me the cruise had started at 3 o clock and didn't even apologise even... More

We were told at the start that it was only a matter of luck if we would see any dolphins and to treat it as a pleasant river cruise. The trip lasted an hour and I managed to see some dolphins, with the aid of binoculars, during the last 10 minutes. I would recommend this trip to all.
