As the guide may tell you, Paisley Abbey is in Paisley, and they look on Glasgow as their suburb! A delightful abbey, we were unable to tour most of it due to 3 graduations going on that day, but we were fortunate enough to find...More

The Abbey is absolutely beautiful, such a peaceful tranquil atmosphere. Loved the exhibition on what a monks life and day was like. Beautiful stained class windows and altar. Well stocked shop and nice coffee shop. Very friendly staff to help visitors young and old.

I could have spent more time here and enjoyed the history, the architecture and a bonus - there was a choir practicing and this was superb.
