This course hosted the first 12 Opens and both Old and Young Tom Morris' won several of those Opens. There are some blind shots and what some would call as quirky holes, but there are some great holes and greens and so much history. Be...More

Kind words indeed and delighted you enjoyed your time with us all at Prestwick Golf Club. Will ensure Billy and Thomas see your review and the rest of the team too - it's always great when our visitors have had a great day.

Full of history, Prestwick boasts its open heritage. The greats have played here and it remains a lay out to test all golfers. It is helpful to know your way around, or have someone with you who does. The greens will provide unusual challenges and...More

Unfriendly and unwelcoming restaurant staff. No driving range. Very old style golf course with 3 blind holes and little room between fairways, greens and tees.

Prestwick gets a rap of being short and "quirky" but its anything but, especially when the wind blows. The history of the place is overwhelming. Just a fantastic golf experience. Nice bar and restaurant on the 2nd floor of the clubhouse. The "drying room" was...More
