Just in time to catch almost the last trip of the season. We were told where to meet and there were about a dozen of us. A short walk through the felled forest to a look-out point. While we were scanning, a female hen harrier was sighted and as time went by we were beginning to think that Debby might... More

A lovely way to spend a dull afternoon on a recent trip to Mull. Rang in the morning to book and given details of where to meet up and what to expect. Met our RSPB guide Debby who advised that it was not guaranteed that we would see White Tailed Sea Eagles that day but we were prepared to give... More

we went to the site near Dervaig. the views of the eagles were not close ups, you felt like you had to work a little to appreciate them, but it was awsome. we saw the male and the chick at the nest. the chick was almost fledged, through a scope our view was a chocolate brown bird with yellow feet.... My husband and I visited the Dervaig site of the Mull Eagle Watch one afternoon during our stay on the Isle of Mull. I have been following the Mull Eagle Watch on social media in preparation for our visit so I had an idea of what our visit would be like. Ranger Stephanie was friendly and professional. She shared her... More

We went to the Dervaig site with Stephanie as our ranger. Although the chick had fledged we were fortunate that the male White Tailed Sea Eagle was perched in a tree within sight of the hide. Don't expect to get too close but even though the chick has fledged with luck you will still see either the chick or the... More

Ranger Stephanie Cope was an excellent host for our white tailed eagle watch. She was knowledgeable, friendly and able to answer all our questions about the eagles, other Mull wildlife, life on Mull and a multitude of other topics that cropped up. This was a 60th birthday treat for me and seeing the chick and both adults made it a... More
