Used the spa on the day of our arrival. Lovely way to relax after a long journey. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The biggest downfall that we didn't like is how separate the thermal suite is away from the pool. Especially the steam room. The steam room and quiet area seems completely separate from everything else. We just... More

The Hydro Bath is definitely a treatment to wake you up in the morning, 20 mins off vigorous water jets with various flavours added to the water, amazing.

Whilst staying at the FOTA Island Resort our grandchildren enjoyed the swimming pool. The only problem being on the Saturday morning swimming lessons were taking place and the space in the pool was limited.

Firstly the staff here are very good, helpful and cheery. The spa area itself is large but dated. There is a good sized pool with small sauna off and a hydrotherapy suite which was tired looking with some of the equipment not working. There is a small but well equipped gym and also a thermal suite which was very small.... More

I visited the spa for a full day experience last Sunday. Very impressed with the building and the facilities: lovely relaxation area with heated beds, very good hammam with twinkling lights, salt therapy room, hydrotherapy area with different options, sauna, big swimming pool. Reception could be a little more efficient: I was booked for a full day of treatments and... More

I booked the Afternoon Indulgence as a treat for myself (23rd Nov) and the whole experience from Spa to Amber Lounge was just perfect! The staff were great, particularly Anna who gave me my wonderful back and shoulder massage and the manageress in the Amber Lounge who was so friendly and attentive. The spa facilities are really good, there are... More

Visited with friends for a girlie afternoon. Not the most efficient reception. It was our first visit but instead of a tour of the facilities we were simply told "first door on the left". Changing area is quite small but luckily it was not too busy. Pool & jacuzzi area was lovely but very few loungers available for relaxing. Really... More

We visited the spa on Saturday morning, there was 7 of us in total. All staff are lovely and we were all brought in for treatments at the same time so was great to all be out to enjoy the spa facilities together. Beautiful place and very welcoming and helpful staff.
