This was unexpectedly one of the best things we did in Cork. It was great for 2 reasons. Firstly, the view from the top is brilliant, especially on a sunny clear day like when we were there at the end of November. Secondly, and perhaps...More

20 Euros for the family to climb the town and play the bells. Well worth it. There is a book of music to help you along. It was a highlight for the 12 year old who was traveling with us. THe actual church isn't that...More

it`s not quite the "bell ringers flying up in the air holding onto long ropes" experience that I had imagined but it really is a lovely and very unique thing to do. The ropes are attached to the wall and there is a song book...More

This beautiful church is definitely worth visiting. It was so much fun playing a song on the bells and the view of the city of Cork is breathtaking!

We went to the church at 4.40 pm, closes at 5. Literally had the door shut in our faces so didn't see anything inside at all. Really disappointing and we would have been speedy had we been told they wanted to leave by 5!!
