If you are a railway buff this is well worth visiting. Set in the old railway station there is plenty of memorabilia with some old cine film from the 1950s. Five Euro entry fee includes tea or coffee - you can’t do better.

Lovely collection of historic artefacts, model railways, and an extensive DVD of the railway and County Donegal in the 1950s. Brilliant welcoming staff who couldn't do enough for us.

Located centrally in Donegal, this is a must-see for any train enthusiast. Lots of details on the history of the trains around the local area. There is an interesting video running... and running .. and running. Was a bit long and filmed by an enthusiast....More

This is a historical gem. So much information in the form of old tickets, photographs, paintings, newspaper cuttings, station masters hat, old signs. It's SO interesting. My 4 year old also loved it. While I was reading the information he was enjoying the toy trains....More
