I was staying at a place just off the southern part of Leeson Street. I used Leeson Street as my go-to path to walk into the city. It is actually a really neat street to walk down, there are night clubs (marked by signs that...More

Drunks at night falling out of basement "night clubs". Traffic filled drab depressing street during the day. I know of no reason why anyone would want to visit it. Do yourself a favor - Go down to the Shelbourne Hotel end of St Stephen's Green...More

It has some old Georgian houses, but they are not as preserved as the ones around Merrion Square and Fitzwilliam Square. There are a number of nighclubs on the street, so it should be avoided late at night, when it is full of drunk people....More

Where everyone knew our names. Local drinking establishment with kind bartenders and patrons. We made friends and had a great time; not used to tourists but welcomed us like home.

Not the best of streets to be on of a Friday or Saturday night, lots of drunks just dying to chat to you/throw up nearby. The clubs aren't fantastic but are probably up there with the best Dublin has to offer!

Part of beautiful Georgian Dublin, excellent for photography and surrounding streets. Seedy overpriced Nightclubs at night time. Don't go there! Daytime for tourists is fine.

i wouldn advise tourists to go here its just a regular street full of the hustle and busstle of life, not saying its not to be noticed but its nothing out of the ordinary :)
