They have a great selection of new books on the ground floor. Many (not all) are very discounted. Probably the only shop where you will pick up a Hardback for 5 Euro. I usually have a look here before buying a book online as it is often cheaper. Overall the selection of new books on sale is larger than Eason's... More

I've yet again just completed my shopping, last minute. I needed to find a certain book, and as always amazing customer service. They found exactly what I needed and when I asked for some other advice, they found someone with the knowledge and helped me even more, even though they were busy! I am always happy after a journey to... More

As part of our annual Christmas preparation we always spend a day in town shopping and part of that day is a trip to Chapters the best bookshop in Dublin. Huge range of books, knowledgeable staff and great atmosphere. You could spend a day here.

Been to this store twice and both times wished I had more time to spend there. Plenty of choice for the whole family. Staff very friendly and helpful. Store has a relaxed feel to it.Will definitely return next time I'm in Dublin

My favourite book shop. It's like an Aladdin's cave with an enormous selection of new and second-hand books spanning many genres, at very reasonable prices. If you're looking for a particular hard to find title, they'll most likely have a copy. I'd definitely recommend spending an hour or two browsing Chapters.

My daughter and I had a great time here - finally we found a big bookstore that still exists!! Many have closed down in Germany, where we live. And a super second-hand store upstairs. Due to luggage constraints, I seriously considered sending a 10-kilo box back home but unfortunately it's just not worth it sending boxes overseas from Ireland.

The down stairs area looks like any other old bookstore, charming, with loads of shiny new books. The upstairs is the interesting part! There is an entire bookstore filled with secondhand books. All sorts of books in many conditions. I spend too long there, just browsing through all the books! If I had had the space in my suitcase, I... More

To spend an afternoon amongst the books in this emporium. Last visited over 4 years ago (due to health problems) and felt somewhat hesitant as things always change. There was no need the shop was as I expected absolutely fabulous - the time just whizzes past so many books so many bargains too much to look at and so on... More
