A pub that feels cosy and tucked away, O'Donoghues had fantastic live music, friendly staff (and fellow punters), a great selection of drinks and an authentic, local feel.

Delicious food - we had the kids' portion of the homemade beef stew and Guinness - absolutely delicious, came with the yummy brown bread and we had our pint of Guinness, poured perfectly!

Both my son and I went for the Mussels which were absolutely amazing, very fresh (as you would expect for Dublin) and presented so nicely that you just wanted to tuck in straight away.

Toilets horrendous

Visited O’Donoghues on Saturday evening with a group of friends and left disappointed. Wasn’t allowed to tap for any transactions under €10 which is surely outdated at this stage. Pint was fine and music was good but the smell and state of the male toilets...More

Drink at midday

Walking around we stopped and had a few pints here before heading to Grafton Street. Great cider from Rockshore and Guinness for the guys. Good stop.

Great Irish place

Best Guinness We Had In Dublin Over St Patrick’s

Amazing Guinness & we tried a lot of Dublin pubs, but this was by far the BEST!! Well done - Cheltenham races were on TV so great atmosphere - lovely staff

Good Guinness!

Called into O Donoghues last night after a concert.. Place was packed, good craic, good Guinness and the musicians were great.. Will definitely call again!

Heart of the city

A nice 2 story bar. I was upstairs with some friends. 1 slight issue is bar upstairs is not stocked too much, as it's a lot smaller, so meant having to go downstairs for drinks.
