A very austere bust of a man give the term "liberator" in Chile, in good company with the other revered men who have carved a niche for themselves in Irish history. Merion square is a delightful place and the statues enhance the ambience found here.

He played some big part in Chilean history, but his dad was Irish, and his surname is very Irish. Here we find a fine bust of the man, in the heart of a beautiful Georgian Merrion Square in Dublin.
