If you are looking for a great place to stay in Dublin, The Ferryman ticks all the boxes. It's location on the Quay is ideal. The centre of Dublin is a short walk away. It is close to the theatre and the city tour buses go right by the front door. It is a genuine Dublin pub, not an Irish... More

As my 21 year old friend and I (also 21) promptly left a concert held at the 3 Arena a few locals recommended we stop here for a drink. I would maybe reconsider. Both of us corkgirls from a small town thought nothing stopping for a drink in a more casual bar. However, if getting stares from customers wasn't enough... More

We had lunch twice there. The staff is really friendly. Their menu is not long, but the dishes tastes well and t he portion is huge.

My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights. The room was spotless and pretty comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff down at the bar were very friendly. Even after the bar closed they invited us to stay for another drink. Even though it's not on the center of town it's a great little place to stay.

While staying in Dublin 2 mins from this pub we had to visit! Great Irish bar! Few of my girlfriends were Guinness virgins but not anymore! Had a few pints in here and really enjoyed the atmosphere! Tried to go in again a few times but always packed! Highly recommend:) 😀

Visited sat morning ahead of all Ireland football game.First pint in Dublin, woman behind bar dropped Guiness all over me. Was a complete accident, however threw me a tea towel to clean myself. No offer of dry clean and not even a drink on the house. Really insincere people only wanting to make a buck out of the tourist. Oh... More

This pub was full for a Thursday evening and the place had a great atmosphere. Drinks were reasonable. Loved this pub!

The Ferryman is a friendly pub where people take the time to interact with other people. Staff are helpful and customers are more than willing to socialize.

I stayed for one night in the Ferryman Hotel and I liked it pretty much. I was welcomed very kindly by the nice and helpful staff. The room was small but well equiped and clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included and really good! From the hotel you walk 20 mins to the Temple Bar district; or you take the... More

This pub was near our hotel and recommended to us but didn't like the atmosphere or the drinks. I ordered a pernod and lemonade which I couldn't drink. My husband told me it was the last of the pernod in the bottle and the drink tasted horrible.
