This part of the Ring of Kerry Drive. If in Ireland one of it's greatest highlights is the Ring of Kerry drive. This part of the drive takes to Torc waterfall, the Ladies Lookout, Muckross House and Abbey etc. This is not to be missed

This is a very scenic drive on the way to Kenmare, but you have to be careful as the buses demand more roD than there is! Some great photo opportunities

The speed limits on these roads are WAY too high for me. We mostly just pulled over and let people pass. Some very beautiful country.

Speed limits are not appropriate for this ride, lol. The scenery is great the road is winding to say the least but worth it.

Twisty road on way to Kenmare. Ladies View spectacular, have a stop and a coffee. On a good day sit on the roof terrace and enjoy this view.

This portion of our drive was the final area of the Ring of Kerry for us. Very scenic and near the Torc waterfall, Ross Castle and Muckross house

There is some confusion as to what the Old Kenmare Rd is. It is NOT the road presently in use to travel from Killarney to Kenmare. It is a walking trail a total of 13 mi but parts can be enjoyed by everyone. I recently...More

Beautiful drive through Killarney national park. Stunning natural rock vegetation & lakes. It was a wet day when we passed through but we still admired it exceptional natural beauty.

This road is definitely open to cars they just prefer no cars go through so it's better to enter from the other side but you can absolutely take a car through there. It is a very neat and scenic drive. Not busy as most... More

I hiked the old kenmare road Sunday last ...no way can you drive this route! The N71 road to kenmare from killarney is the main driving route, the old kenmare road is a totally different route 😀
