I took this 'walk' with a couple of locals that I work with. It was challenging enough, but then it was sprinkling and windy when we reached the summit - it's Ireland. There is a specific trail with wooden beams to walk on so that...More

Our group did a self-guided 10am hike to the top.. it took total of ~2 hours. The trail was fairly well kept -- level of difficulty is moderate. The weather cooperated with us, no rain! The top was very windy so bring layers. There was...More

This long but family-friendly walk begins at the Torc Waterfall which is worth a visit on its own. Trail to the mountain is not marked -- why not? Get good directions before you arrive as internet is spotty. The walk has a wonderful views, goes...More

took the time to visit the falls which were nice but the real thing for us was the forest area you walk through to get there. We felt like we were in a fairy forrest. There's plenty of folks a the falls taking pics for...More

It's a really stunning walk and there's a water stream at the top for you to refill your water bottle, which you'll need to do! Take your camera and something comfortable to walk in. The steps can be very slippery. It's a great walk and...More

This trail is not marked at all! If you have no idea where you are going you might get lost. The walk is all up a hill and can be dangerous if it is raining as it is on rocks sometimes. If you are not...More

We parked at Muckross House, and then followed signs to Torc Waterfall. After taking in the impressive falls from the lower viewing platform, we climbed to the upper falls (not much to see) and from the parking lot of the upper falls followed the wooden...More

Depends on personal hiking condition. We made it in 70 minutes to the top. But we were of good speed. I would say up to 100 minutes is ok.
