I had eaten previously in the restaurant (and posted a review, not a favourable one), but did vow to return for the spa - I wasn't disappointed with the experience, the staff were amazing, extremely friendly, everyone knew my name and all had a very relaxed disposition, despite the spa being fully booked. That said, it never felt hectic or... More

The spa experience here is wonderful. From the time you enter the spa your given immediate attention to your every need. We not only enjoyed the spa we also stayed at the hotel for three nights. The spa treatments were amazing. My husband and I both enjoyed the warm stone massage and a facial. The staff at the spa and... More

Went with my Mam & sister for our birthdays & Mother's Day. We had back & neck massages ( mine by a lovely lady called Rose) & then a foot ritual. After we had a 2 courses lunch in the restaurant, the food was to die for... Also the deserts were absolute heaven so so tasty (brought the macarons home... More

Would like to have rated higher but I cannot. Booking was made very easily; welcomed with towel & juice; was offered use of relaxation room, bathrobe & slippers but no real sense of warmth of welcome so I declined. The juice was only okay to be fair. Booked in for shellac manicure this morning. No nail-art on shellac, not informed... More

Visited the spa with friends recently.. Some lovely touches in the spa like welcoming got towel and juice. Treatment was only fair. As a person who regularly gets facials, I found the lack of shoulder and neck massage within the facial unsatisfactory. All three of the party had facials and each had a different experience so lack of consistency would... More

Beautiful hotel in a nice remote location. The spa was wonderful the staff we couldn't be more helpful. We also had lunch with our spa day and the food was fantastic! There is a great view of the lakes from the bar/restaurant. Definitely worth visiting.

I visited the spa yesterday with my mum, I have to say it was unbelievable. I booked the lunch & spa special offer package. Lunch was yum and we were seated right by the window overlooking lakes, so relaxing. Then to the spa to chill out. Rose my therapist was brilliant. I'd never had a back massage & she got... More
