The Butter Slip is not much more than an alley way, but is an interesting piece of Irish culture. We saw a street performer there and enjoyed the bit of music there.

It's a trip back in time walking down this ally. It's not very long but along the way there are little shops and interesting places to see. It's a must see when in Kilkenny.

These little "slips" in Kilkenny are so convenient! You almost felt like you were back in Midieval times sneaking from one street to another.

This is just an alleyway. It's a cool alleyway with an arch and has a lot of character, but it's still just an alleyway. Walk through it if you're there, but don't go out of your way.
