Went here with my family ,had a great day ,great views, fairy avenue was very fun my daughter loved it ,make sure to bring a comfy pair of shoes and water , lots of walking

Perfect for a good weather days activity. Walk or cycle one of 4 paths. Bikes available to rent and plenty of parking. Beautiful scenery.

Went to get some much needed fresh air and exercise after Sunday dinner. Had a very enjoyable evening, felt very refreshed after spending a few lovely hours on a bright but cold Sunday

We visited Lough Bora today with our 2 young children. Really enjoyed our day. We visited here once last year also. Well maintained with nice sculptures and some picnic areas. Today we rented 2 bikes and one trailer for our little boy. The Bikes were tired & tyres a bit soft. Gears were also sticking a little and not all... More

We were passing and decided to drop in for a look, not expecting much but were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful this place was. The paths were well maintained and the sculptures were great. Peaceful walks with a variety of we'll sign posted tracks to take, ranging in different lengths. Nice to read up on the local history of the place with nice attractions to look at and learn from on route. I liked the variety of old bog trains on display, the Mesolithic route and The Offaly way. brought Australian visitor to Boora on a sunny winter morning and loved every minute of out 4 hours there one went on a long walking trail and the rest of us did the sculptor trail and we all loved and will be back well worth the drive

I cant believe Ive been to the midlands so many time without finding this place, its a great way to spend the afternoon. A beautiful plave with some fantastic views of the midlands bogs and Bord na Mona's rail network. Dont know why I didnt go here sooner. Everything about the place is great. Loads of signage to help you find the park to begin with. Nice entrance, great maps, helpful staff.
