We passed on the guided tour, which we considered expensive. Spent a lot of time looking at all their displays, before deciding on one purchase.

We learned so much about the making of this crystal and got to see the actual artisan masters and apprentices at work! Definitely tour this! You will appreciate the work that goes into every handcrafted piece.

A very enjoyable experience learning about, and seeing, how Waterford Crystal is made and finished. It was wonderful to watch the craftsmen (yes 'men' as there were no craftswomen) blowing, cutting and engraving the crystal. Well worth a visit.More
