Not what we expected at all was a bit too staged. Been to better glass and pottery factories where the tours have been free or very cheap. This is just charging a fortune because of the name. Don't bother.

Beautiful crystals of different sizes, shapes, & for different occasions. The factory tour allows one to see artists doing their work and how each piece is done from start to finish including crystal balls/trophies they make for sports & entertainment awardees.

Hi, Turn left when you get over the bridge, you will see large car parks either walk along the river side or cross the road and enjoy the shops etc.
