A warm welcome...

Lovely building, there was a service on so my husband and I stayed for the service. The Priest and congregation were very welcoming...

Went to mass here on Sunday. The most beautiful and peaceful hour of my two week holiday. Serene and blessed.

Beautiful catholic church right in middle of a busy shopping street, Definitely worth a visit. They even have a late mass on a sunday at 17.30pm.

Dark church with a strange mix of architecture and paintings. I thought it was very dour and would not be rushing back

The Cathedral is located in the central area of Waterford. It has Architectural Significance in that the same person , John Roberts, designed both this Catholic Cathedral as the Protestant (Christchurch) one located only 5 minutes walk away. The Cathedral is usually open from morning to about 6:15pm (later on Saturday due to the vigil mass). If you are there... More

Waterford Cathedral is verry nice, and as your personally tour the cathedral, history can be felt in every corner of the building. This is surely a place that should be a on every Waterford visitor's list.

A very beautiful cathedral in the heart of Waterford. Located right near the Waterford Crystal. After visiting Europe, you get tired of all the beautiful churches.

This building is so inspiring and a peaceful place to visit after as hectic day shopping . It is well worth a visit as its a fantastic building and draws to to it lovely arctecture and paintings in the building itself.

The cathedral is another in a town with unusual and interesting aspects - museum and crystal factory are exceptional. The cathedral facade is a bit plain and the inside is a bit the same as others we have seen. Pity we had hoped for more.
