My friend and I had booked a "special" - including a full body massage and an hours use of the spa facilities. We wanted to start off with a foot bath but one of the sinks couldn't be used as the plug was much to small. The Water in the outdoor pool was ice-cold, and the plughole in the shower... More

We were staying in the hotel and took full advantage of having this fantastic facility a mere short walk from the room. The atmosphere and ambiance were just so relaxing, the treatments were all really good - reflexology, full body massage, neck and shoulders massage. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful.

Myself and my hubby went for a visit to the thermal suite for a relaxing break. As we where residents of the hotel we got a reduced rate which was a bonus. The reception treatment area changing room and showers along with the cafe area are very clean. But the thermal suite itself could do with a bit of a... More

My pregnant girlfriend and I went here today for a couple of treatments massage etc. We felt like we were being tickled rather than massaged. Don't get me wrong the decor was nice but sadly that's about it. Never again !

This has been the worst spa I have ever visited. Myself and my girlfriend went for a couples massage here. When we arrived up the stairs to the area where the treatments were done our two therapists emerged from what I imagine was the staff room, saw the two of us and started giggling uncontrollably, they turned around and went... Had great treatment with Denise who was professional and experienced. everything was on hand from juices to fruit and lunch menu so we could just relax, use the facilities and enjoy our treatments. We booked hotel because of the spa as it looked amazing. The facilities were fantastic and staff were lovely. All in all we had 5 treatments between us, not cheap and 3 of them were so disappointing and ruined by the noise of people outside the windows and staff talking outside treatment rooms. When you are paying for luxury you... More
