Step back in history in a well preserved property. Gives clarity to the upstairs - downstairs social divides, within the same property. The preserved objects and house fittings of the period give a reality as to how activities were conducted.

Interesting old house museum with permanent displays and temporary exhibitions. I like the fact that the toilets you use are period - a real part of history!
