Steam museum is a great place to spend a few hours. Lots of interesting information is very well and thoughtfully presented. It is put together in such a way to appeal to people of all ages. Even for non-rail buffs, the trains are amazing.

Conveniently located next to Swindon Outlet this is great museum. It hires just the right note between educational and fun and has plenty of glorious old trains that you can get up close and personal with.

Great afternoon out with the family. Something that has been on my doorstep for years and had never been. Learnt so much about my town's heritage.
