Thankfully the kids love it. However, abominable customer service. Took 15 mins to get served 1 bottle of water with only 1 person in the queue. Tables remain in a state of uncleared and uncleaned. Staff too busy gossiping to pay any consideration to anything going on around them. Refreshments horrendously over-priced. As said the kids are happy but this... More

Visited here for the first time on Valentine's day (school holidays.) On arrival, car park absolutely crammed, worries we wouldn't get a seat but plenty of space in upstairs area. Took us about 10minutes to sign up as could not complete online as system down. Paid £2 for padlock for locker, husband and I went into play area with our... More

We arrived with children aging from 8 months to 13 years. There was no where to sit but they helped us get a small table together. I felt that the sitting area is very cramped and not much space to walk around. My 11 yr old went to take 3 year old in lift to take him to toilet to... More

We went for a birthday treat for my 8 year old and 4 friends and her nearly 10 year old sister. They had a wonderful time and there was a lot they could do. But the food was pricey for what you get and the fries were cold and the food took a long time to get to us. It... More

Have brought the kids here a few times now and hey have thoroughly enjoyed every visit. The only issue I have is that the menu doesn't highlight allergies enough and when i spoke to the young lad taking orders for food and asked what they have that is gluten free, his response was "nothing is gluten free" How about the... This is an excellent facility with los to do. All the equipment was in good condition and the process for getting in and out made it safe to let the kids run around. Flipping chaos on a wet Saturday afternoon.

We spent a few hours here with our family. It was very busy. You have to pay £5 a family to become members the £3.50 per adult and £7.50 children under four. It took a while to find somewhere to sit, upstairs on the green picnic tables. This area was very dirty with uncleared tables and food all over the... More

If you have children under the age of 10. This is an awesome place for them to play. The indoor bumper cars was a huge hit with our children. My 5 year old got to drive her own car. Back home she isn't tall enough but here she is and the young man that was operating this attraction was so... More

Best place for kids to play and burn their energy especially when the weather is cold and wet. Staff was friendly and polite. Food and drinks are bit pricey.Signing up fee of £5 is totally unnecessary.

I was sceptical about visiting here. There is a five pounds sign up charge which I felt a bit unnecessary Was expecting food and drink to be expensive but I actually thought the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be visiting again. Lovely and clean staff are polite and lots to do. It's worth the money. Not one of... More
